We begin to introduce herein, or reintroduce with an attempt to use proper terminology, a technical concept, or pathway, for the solar-powered conversion of Carbon Dioxide, as we could recover from the flue gases of our economically essential Coal-fired electric power generation plants, or, even from the atmosphere itself, into liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels and chemicals.

We have many times documented for you the fact, that, Carbon Dioxide - - as it arises in only a small way, relative to some all-natural and un-taxable sources of it's emission, such as the Earth's inexorable processes of planetary volcanism, from our economically essential use of Coal in the generation of abundant, affordable, and reliable electric power - - is a valuable raw material resource.

In point of fact, our headline notwithstanding, Saudi Arabia can now make both plastics and at least one gasoline blending component from Carbon Dioxide - - and, from Coal, by the way, as they themselves specify deep in the full Disclosure of the United States Patent Application we submit to you herein.
An advance excerpt from line item "106" of the Disclosure:
"coal, biomass or municipal solid waste is fed to the syngas generation unit. The syngas generated is contacted with a first catalyst composition (catalyst A) to obtain a first product stream";
