The second webinar on the EPA proposed Clean Power Plan will be on September 17, 2014.  EPA has also prepared a video overview of the regulations. EPA will be hosting the second online question and answer session on September 17, 2014, from 1:00 – 2:30 EST. The primary audience is environmental stakeholders, we suggest registering and following the session to monitor what the agency is saying to a different audience.
