The WV National Guard’s Advanced Mobility Training Area, which has been constructed as part of the alternative land use reclamation on the Tyler Morgan mining operation in Eastern Kanawha County, was dedicated on Monday, September 19^th.  This new Training Area includes a course that will train drivers of the military’s MRAP (mine-resistant-ambush-protected) vehicles on rough and mountainous terrain.  Governor Tomblin, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin, Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito and Congressman Nick Rahall participated in the dedication.
