According to Kent Hartsog (Patriot Coal), who is the industry representative on the Workers’ Compensation Industrial Council, the monthly Council meeting scheduled for January 7, 2010 has been changed to Thursday, January 21, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Offices of the WV Insurance Commissioner, 1124 Smith Street, Room 400, Charleston.
