| The Kentucky Coal Association (Bill Caylor) and Coal Operators & Associates (David Gooch) will host the Eastern Coal States Coalition meeting this month in Lexington and Frankfort. It will begin Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Griffin Gate Marriott in Lexington and continue through Wednesday afternoon, concluding at Kentucky's State Capitol in Frankfort |
