| Henry Jernigan (Dinsmore & Shohl) advised us late Thursday that Federal Judge Emory Widener of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond died on Wednesday from cancer. Judge Widener was described as a strong supporter of justice in the face of extremist arguments and initiatives whose voice will be missed on the 4th Circuit bench. Arrangements are being finalized for this weekend in Abingdon, VA. |
